Servo Conversions

​JM Engineering has upgraded many older servo feeds with modern Allen Bradley servo systems. We have also converted many large  mechanical roll feeds to servo feeds with modern Allen Bradley servo systems at a very reasonable cost. This is a very cost effective way of repairing or upgrading older systems that have precision mechanical systems.

Pictured on the left is a Kohler servo feed that had a drive failure and the repair parts were no longer available. Rather than scrap a $125,000 coil line that was already in place, our customer opted for a servo feed conversion from JM Engineering that cost a fraction of the price of a new feed line, no rigging charges and everything already fit perfectly.  The customer also benefited from our job storage and easy programming features.
